PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION POLICY

1.OUTLINE
STUDIO FUMI INC. (hereafter referred to as "STUDIO FUMI") profoundly recognizes that any personal information from our clients (hereafter referred to as "Clients") must be treated with maximum care at all times under any circumstance. Based on this recognition, STUDIO FUMI will make maximum efforts to treat Clients' personal information properly and securely.

2. DEFINITION
Personal information is defined as personal data that includes the elements of name, date of birth, gender, phone number, e-mail address, work place, assets position, and etc. It is data that by one or more of the elements, the particular individual can be identified.

3. PURPOSE
We will utilize Clients' personal information only for the following purposes;

1) for shipment of ordered item and after-services
2) for requesting questionnaires and sending rewards afterward
3) for handling inquiries and other duties
4) for informing Clients of our services
5) for case study and marketing analysis for improvement purposes
6) for making arrangements for establishment of website links

In case we need to use personal information for any other purpose than the above, we will make sure to obtain Clients' approval beforehand. We will not use the personal information unless agreed by Clients.

4. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
When we ask for personal information, we only ask for the minimum required amount within the stated purposes on Clients' will.

5. NONDISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will not disclose any personal information to any third-party, with exception of the following cases provided in the Article 3 of PRIVATE INFORMATION PROTECTION LAW.

a) Upon request by laws
b) when it is imperative for the protection of a person's life, body, or assets but in a difficult situation to reach him/her.
c) when it is particularly imperative for the promotion of healthy nurture of children or for the improvement of public sanitation but in a difficult situation to reach the person in question.
d) when it is necessary to cooperate upon request from national agencies, local administrative agencies, and/or any entity consigned by the abovementioned two as they execute their duties stated by laws, but gaining the approval from the person in question hinders the execution of their duties.
e) Upon approval gained beforehand from the person in question

6. ENTRUSTMENT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
When we entrust Clients' personal information to any third party, we will first conduct a thorough investigation upon the third party in question. After the entrustment, we will continue the necessary and adequate supervision upon the third party, in order to assure the safe maintenance of the entrusted information. 。

7. DISCLOURE AND REVISION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will make necessary arrangements immediately upon Clients' request to disclose, revise, add, or delete his or her information. Nevertheless, we will not do so unless it has been affirmed that the request indeed came from the person in question.

9.AMENDMENT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION POLICY
We may amend our Personal Information Protection Policy as need arises. In such case, we will immediately make the announcement on our website.
